So let’s treat the wrinkles before they snatch our beauty.

To be wrinkle free face, most of us especially women opt for dermal fillers, Botox injections and many other dangerous methods the come along with loads of side effects. Off course, the scientific methods work a great one but before that let’s look and do the natural home remedies.

There are three major ways you can prevent or reduce the wrinkles:

Medication

  • Topical retinoids are derived from vitamin A. They reduce fine wrinkles, some pigmentation and skin roughness. The medication is used on the skin care program. The possible side effects are dryness, itching, a burning sensation, tingling and redness.
  • Over-the-counter (OTC) wrinkle creams vary considerably since the active ingredient concentration is significantly lower than a prescription one.

The modest result may be obtained from retinol, alpha hydroxyl acids, kinetin, coenzyme Q10, copper peptides and antioxidants.

In case of result, they do not last long.

  • Laser therapy

This is meant to stimulate the development of new collagen fibres, where laser, light source and radiofrequency (RF) treatment destroys the outer layer skin with a laser beam, while the dermis or underlying skin is heated up.

  • Chemical peels

This involves applying of a chemical solution to wrinkled areas, causing the dead skin to shed and eventually peel off. The regenerated skin tends to be smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin.

My Age My Business: Amazing way to Clear Wrinkles

Wrinkles are fine lines that are a normal process of ageing. They make you appear tired and can be of significantly cosmetic concern, especially for women. Premature wrinkling can be prevented by avoiding the sun, smoking, alcohol, dehydration, some medication and taking proper care of your skin, but wrinkles caused by ageing, environmental and genetic factors are not avoidable.

As we all get older, our skin gets thinner, drier, less elastic, and less able to protect itself from damage. This leads to wrinkles, creases and lines on the skin. The facial expression wrinkles are because of repeatedly smiling, frowning or squinting that lead to fine lines and wrinkles at a younger age.

Each time you make a facial expression, you use your facial muscles. A groove forms on the surface of the skin. If you are young, your skin can spring back, but as you get older, your skin loses its flexibility. So, the springing back becomes harder and less frequent, resulting in more grooves that are permanent.

When I talk of environmental factors they also contribute to wrinkles, especially when you exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light in ways like sunbathing and outdoor sports also increase the chance of getting wrinkles at a tender age. The UV light breaks down the collagen and elastin fibres, which are located on the surface of the skin. This causes the skin to be weaker and less flexible hence, the skin starts to droop and wrinkles appear.

Smoking accelerates the ageing process of skin, because of the reduced blood supply to the skin. Alcohol dehydrates the skin and the more the skin is dehydrated the more the wrinkles form.
